- Smoked salmon - 150 grams
- Almond flour - 100 grams
- Egg - 2 large
- Green onion - 2 stalks, finely chopped

- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, flake the smoked salmon into small pieces.
- Add almond flour, eggs, green onion, cilantro, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, and salt to the bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined, forming a sticky mixture.
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Shape the mixture into small patties, about 5 cm in diameter.
- Place the patties in the hot skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the cakes from the skillet and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
