Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets - 250 grams

  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt to create a marinade.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Prepare a smoker or a grill for indirect heat. If using a grill, preheat it to medium heat.
  4. Once the grill or smoker is ready, place the marinated salmon fillets on a piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top.
