- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Cabbage - 1 cup, shredded
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Almond flour tortillas - 4
- Tomato - 1, diced
- Green chili - 1, finely chopped (optional)
Steps
- In a bowl, marinate the shrimp with coconut oil, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the marinated shrimp. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
