- Coconut flour - 50 grams

- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps
- In a bowl, marinate the shrimp with turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- In a saucepan, bring the coconut milk to a simmer over medium heat.
- Gradually whisk in the coconut flour into the simmering coconut milk until combined and thickened. Season with salt to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat ghee over medium heat, then add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- To serve, spoon the coconut grits onto plates, top with the shrimp, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
