Ingredients

  • Tomato - 1 medium, chopped
  • Cauliflower florets - 100 grams
  • Bell pepper - 1 small, diced
  • Peas - 50 grams (optional)
  • Biryani masala - 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh coriander - for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves - for garnish
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Drain and rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water for 2-3 minutes, then set aside.
  2. Heat ghee in a large pan over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, ginger, and green chili; cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
