- Squid - 100 grams, sliced
- Coconut Oil - 2 tablespoons

- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Red Bell Pepper - 1, diced
- Tomato - 1 medium, chopped
- Turmeric Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper - to taste
- Fresh Cilantro - for garnish
- Lemon Wedges - for serving
Steps
- Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger, sautéing until fragrant and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the diced red bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the chopped tomato, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, salt, and black pepper; cook for 5 minutes until the tomato softens.
- Incorporate the cauliflower rice into the mixture, stirring well to combine and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp, mussels, and squid; cover the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the mussels have opened.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
