Ingredients

  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Green chili - 1, finely chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Paleo bread (almond flour or coconut flour based) - 2 slices
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the finely chopped green chili and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add turmeric, coriander, cumin, and garam masala to the pan, stirring for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Drain the sardines and add them to the pan, breaking them up gently with a fork.
