Ingredients

  • Canned sardines in olive oil - 200 grams
  • Coconut cream - 100 grams
  • Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Green chili - 1, finely chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Drain the canned sardines and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the coconut cream, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice, grated ginger, minced garlic, finely chopped green chili, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
  3. Using a fork or a food processor, blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, adjusting the seasoning to taste.
  4. Transfer the pâté to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled with vegetable sticks or on Paleo-friendly crackers.
