Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the grated ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green chili to the skillet and sauté for another minute.
- In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cooked green peas, sautéed onion mixture, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a spiced filling.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a circle, about 12 inches in diameter.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base.
- Spoon the potato and pea filling evenly over the sauce.
- Sprinkle the shredded vegan cheese on top of the filling.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese has melted.
