  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Potatoes - 150 grams, boiled and mashed
  • Green peas - 50 grams, cooked
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Garlic - 1 teaspoon, minced
  • Green chili - 1, chopped (adjust to taste)
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Vegan cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the grated ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green chili to the skillet and sauté for another minute.
  4. In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cooked green peas, sautéed onion mixture, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a spiced filling.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a circle, about 12 inches in diameter.
  6. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base.
  7. Spoon the potato and pea filling evenly over the sauce.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded vegan cheese on top of the filling.
  9. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese has melted.
