Ingredients

  • Salmon roe - 100 grams
  • Coconut milk - 200 ml
  • Cauliflower - 200 grams, riced
  • Ghee - 2 tablespoons
  • Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Prepare cauliflower rice by pulsing cauliflower florets in a food processor until they resemble rice grains.
  2. In a pan, heat ghee over medium heat and add cauliflower rice, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.
  3. In a separate pot, gently heat coconut milk until warm, then add the sautéed cauliflower mixture. Stir well to combine.
