  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the cumin seeds, allowing them to splutter.
  2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and slit green chili; cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets and sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  5. Mix in the chopped spinach, turmeric powder, and salt; cook until the spinach wilts and the cauliflower is tender, about 10 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle in the garam masala and stir well to combine; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat, add lemon juice, and adjust seasoning if necessary.
