- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Carrot - 1 medium, diced
- Sweet potato - 150 grams, diced
- Red onion - 1 small, sliced
- Spinach - 50 grams, chopped
- Cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, almond flour, olive oil, minced garlic, turmeric, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cauliflower dough into a round pizza shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and firm.
