- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, mix coconut oil, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
