Ingredients

  • Semolina (Rawa) - 100 grams
  • Ghee - 50 grams
  • Powdered sugar - 50 grams
  • Grated coconut - 30 grams
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped nuts (cashews and almonds) - 30 grams
  • Milk - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add semolina and roast until it turns golden brown, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
  3. Once roasted, reduce the heat and add grated coconut, chopped nuts, and cardamom powder. Mix well.
  4. Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. Add powdered sugar and milk to the mixture, and combine until it forms a dough-like consistency.
  6. Grease your palms with a little ghee and shape the mixture into small round balls.
  7. Allow the Rawa Ladoo to cool completely before serving.
