- Milk - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
- Add semolina and roast until it turns golden brown, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
- Once roasted, reduce the heat and add grated coconut, chopped nuts, and cardamom powder. Mix well.
- Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Add powdered sugar and milk to the mixture, and combine until it forms a dough-like consistency.
- Grease your palms with a little ghee and shape the mixture into small round balls.
- Allow the Rawa Ladoo to cool completely before serving.
