Ingredients

  • Semolina (Rava) - 100 grams
  • Chickpea flour (Besan) - 30 grams
  • Ghee - 30 grams
  • Protein powder (vanilla or plain) - 20 grams
  • Powdered sugar - 50 grams
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped nuts (almonds, cashews) - 30 grams
  • Raisins - 20 grams
  • Milk - 50 ml

Steps

  1. Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add semolina and chickpea flour to the pan, and roast them until they turn light golden brown and fragrant, stirring continuously (about 8-10 minutes).
  3. Reduce the heat and add protein powder and cardamom powder, mixing well for another 2 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine powdered sugar, chopped nuts, and raisins.
  5. Pour the roasted mixture into the bowl with nuts and sugar, and mix well.
  6. Gradually add milk to the mixture, stirring until the mixture binds together.
  7. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then shape into small round balls (ladoos) using your hands.
  8. Let the ladoos cool completely before serving.
