  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Pizza sauce - 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup, shredded
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chili, cooking for another minute.
  4. Stir in the chopped tomato, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked rajma to the skillet and mix well, allowing it to absorb the spices. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
  6. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the pizza base.
  7. Layer the spiced rajma mixture on top of the pizza sauce, spreading it evenly.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the rajma layer.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
