- Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Regular salt - to taste
- Green chili - 1, finely chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 50 ml
- Oil - for frying (optional, if making boondi at home)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the plain yogurt until smooth.
- Add water to the yogurt to achieve a desired consistency and mix well.
- Incorporate grated cucumber, chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, black salt, regular salt, finely chopped green chili, and lemon juice into the yogurt mixture. Stir until well combined.
- If using store-bought boondi, gently fold it into the yogurt mixture. If making boondi at home, fry the boondi until golden brown and let it cool before adding.
