  • Cauliflower (riced) - 300 grams

  • Green chili (slit) - 1
  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic (minced) - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil (cooking) - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add the grated ginger, minced garlic, and slit green chili. Sauté for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the grated radish and cook for about 5 minutes, until it softens.
  4. Add the riced cauliflower, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Mix thoroughly and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with additional coriander if desired.
