- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add the grated ginger, minced garlic, and slit green chili. Sauté for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the grated radish and cook for about 5 minutes, until it softens.
- Add the riced cauliflower, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Mix thoroughly and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
