  • Potato - 1 medium, cubed
  • Tomato - 1 medium, chopped
  • Green chili - 1, slit
  • Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish
  • Water - 500 milliliters

Steps

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the rabbit meat to the pot and brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
