  • Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Green chilies - 1, finely chopped
  • Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Tamarind chutney - 2 tablespoons
  • Mint chutney - 2 tablespoons
  • Yogurt - 100 grams, whisked
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced boiled potatoes, cooked chickpeas, chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, chaat masala, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Take each puri and gently create a small hole in the center to hold the filling.
  3. Fill each puri with the potato and chickpea mixture.
