  • Pumpkin puree - 120 grams
  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Coconut flour - 30 grams
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Honey - 30 grams
  • Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped walnuts - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a small loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
