  • Water - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Wash the fresh mint and coriander leaves thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt.
  2. In a blender, combine the mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chili, ginger, lemon juice, salt, and cumin powder.
  3. Add water to the blender and blend until a smooth paste forms. You may need to adjust the consistency by adding more water if desired.
