  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Water - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Wash the fresh mint and coriander leaves thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger, lemon juice, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of water to the mixture and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Taste the chutney and adjust the seasoning with more salt or lemon juice if necessary.
