Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Protein powder (vanilla or unflavored) - 30 grams
  • Ghee (clarified butter) - 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut milk - 100 ml
  • Sweetener (stevia or erythritol) - 2 tablespoons
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped nuts (cashews, almonds) - 30 grams
  • Dried fruit (raisins or chopped dates) - 20 grams

Steps

  1. In a non-stick pan, heat the ghee over medium heat until melted.
  2. Add the almond flour to the pan and roast it for about 5-7 minutes, stirring continuously until it turns light golden brown.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk and mix well until combined.
  4. Add the protein powder, sweetener, and cardamom powder, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens and starts to pull away from the sides of the pan.
  5. Fold in the chopped nuts and dried fruit, mixing thoroughly.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased plate or tray, spreading it evenly to about 1-inch thickness.
  7. Allow it to cool for about 15-20 minutes, then cut into squares or diamond shapes.
  8. Serve at room temperature or refrigerate for a firmer texture.
