  • Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Besan (gram flour) - 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
  • Oil (for frying) - 1/2 cup

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the prawns, rice flour, corn flour, besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, lemon juice, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well to coat the prawns evenly and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the marinated prawns in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
  3. Fry the prawns for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
