- Tamarind pulp - 2 tablespoons
- Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Onion (finely chopped) - 1 small

Steps
- In a bowl, mix the tamarind pulp, chaat masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, chopped coriander, and salt. Add water to adjust the consistency to a thin sauce and set aside.

- Once cooled, mix the cooked prawns with the tamarind sauce prepared earlier. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- To serve, gently crack the top of each puri shell, fill it with the prawn mixture, and serve immediately with extra tamarind sauce on the side.
