- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, and sauté for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the pureed tomato, green chilies, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the oil starts to separate from the mixture.
- Pour in the coconut milk and add salt to taste. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the cleaned prawns to the pan, cover, and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the prawns are cooked through and opaque.
- Sprinkle garam masala over the dish, stir gently, and let it simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
