Ingredients

  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Skewers (wooden or metal) - 4

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt to create a marinade.
  2. Add the cleaned prawns to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
  4. While the grill is heating, thread the marinated prawns onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each prawn.
