Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat, add the chopped onions, and sauté until translucent.
- Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and green chili; cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the pureed tomato, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add the prawns to the sauce and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in fresh cilantro.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone, and brush the surface lightly with the remaining olive oil.
- Spread the prawn masala evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese generously over the prawn topping.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
