- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Mustard oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Heat the mustard oil in a pan over medium heat until hot.
- Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and slit green chilies, cooking for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the turmeric, coriander, and cumin powders, mixing well and cooking for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the coconut milk, stirring to combine, and let it simmer for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Add the prawns and salt, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until the prawns are opaque and cooked through.
- Sprinkle the garam masala and stir well, allowing it to cook for an additional minute.
- Remove from heat and finish with a drizzle of lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves before serving.
