- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon

- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Mustard oil - 2 tablespoons

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and slit green chili to the onions, and sauté for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for another minute, stirring continuously.
- Add the cleaned prawns to the pan, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
- Pour in the coconut milk, stirring well to combine. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Add the garam masala and lemon juice, and let it simmer for another 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Finally, garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
