  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Prawns (cleaned and deveined) - 200 grams

  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Green chili (finely chopped) - 1 small
  • Onion (thinly sliced) - 1 medium
  • Tomato (diced) - 1 medium
  • Coconut milk - 100 ml
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Mozzarella cheese (grated) - 100 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced onion and green chili, and cook until the onion becomes translucent.
  4. Stir in the diced tomato and cook until soft.
  5. Add the prawns to the pan, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until they turn pink.
  6. Pour in the coconut milk and sprinkle in the garam masala. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
  7. Remove from heat and add chopped cilantro to the prawn mixture.
  8. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  9. Spread the prawn mixture evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
  10. Top with grated mozzarella cheese.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
