Ingredients

  • Prawns (peeled and deveined) - 200 grams
  • Red onion (finely chopped) - 50 grams
  • Tomato (diced) - 100 grams
  • Cucumber (diced) - 100 grams
  • Green chili (finely chopped) - 1 small
  • Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat, and add the prawns. Cook for 5-7 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  2. Remove the prawns from the pan and let them cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the red onion, tomato, cucumber, and green chili.
  4. Add the cooked prawns to the vegetable mixture.
  5. Drizzle the lemon juice over the mixture and season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
