Steps
- Heat oil in a kadai or deep pan over medium heat.

- Add the diced capsicum and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add the cleaned prawns and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Finish with garam masala, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lemon juice, mixing everything well.
- Serve hot with rice or naan.
