- Salt - to taste
- Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Oil - 2 tablespoons (preferably coconut or vegetable oil)
- Onion - 1 medium, thinly sliced
- Green chilies - 2, slit
Steps
- In a bowl, marinate the prawns with turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced onions and green chilies, and sauté until the onions become golden brown.
- Add the marinated prawns to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the prawns turn pink and are cooked through.
