- Green chilies - 2, slit
- Tomato - 1 medium, chopped
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

- Coconut milk - 200 ml
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Add curry leaves, chopped onions, and sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
- Stir in the minced garlic, ginger, and slit green chilies. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the chopped tomato, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomato softens.
- Add the cleaned prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.
- Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a gentle simmer. Add garam masala and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
