- Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green chili (finely chopped) - 1 small (optional)

- Sev (crispy chickpea noodles) - for garnish
Steps
- In a pan, heat a teaspoon of oil over medium heat and add the prawns. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until they are pink and cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped red onion, tomato, cucumber, and coriander leaves.
- Add the cooked prawns to the bowl and mix well.
- Drizzle the lemon juice over the mixture, and sprinkle chaat masala, cumin powder, green chili (if using), salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
- Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve the prawn chaat in bowls, garnished with pomegranate seeds and sev on top.
