Steps
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

- Add the chopped tomato and cook until it softens, about 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle in the red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt, stirring well to combine and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the cleaned prawns to the pan, tossing to coat them in the spice mixture.
- Pour in the vinegar and sprinkle the brown sugar over the prawns, mixing well to combine all the ingredients.
- Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes, or until the prawns are cooked through and have absorbed the flavors.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
