- Cilantro - a handful, chopped

- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add minced garlic, ginger, and green chili; sauté for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften, about 5 minutes.
- Add turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper; mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the coconut milk and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Add the prawns to the pan and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 4-5 minutes.
- Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another minute to combine the flavors.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
