- Green chilies - 2, slit
- Tomato - 1 medium, chopped
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and slit green chilies; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the pork pieces to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pork is browned on all sides.
- Sprinkle in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt; mix well to coat the pork evenly with the spices.
- Add the chopped tomato to the pan and mix well; cover and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pork is tender and cooked through, sprinkle garam masala on top and mix thoroughly.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
