Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, egg, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to form a dough.
- Press the dough into a 10-inch (25 cm) circle on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a separate bowl, mix the shredded pork with maple syrup and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Remove the crust from the oven and top it evenly with the pork mixture and sliced red onions.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the pork is heated through and the edges of the crust are crispy.
