  • Condensed milk - 100 grams
  • Ghee (clarified butter) - 2 tablespoons
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped pistachios (for garnish) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Begin by grinding the pistachios in a food processor until they are finely ground but not a paste.
  2. In a non-stick pan, heat the ghee over low heat, and add the ground pistachios to it, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the milk powder and mix well until combined, then pour in the condensed milk and continue to stir to form a thick mixture.
  4. Add the cardamom powder and mix well, cooking until the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan (approximately 5-7 minutes).
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased plate or tray, spreading it evenly, and press down gently with a spatula.
  6. Allow the mixture to cool for about 10 minutes, then cut it into squares or diamonds.
  7. Garnish with chopped pistachios on top and let it cool completely before serving.
