Steps
- Begin by grinding the pistachios in a food processor until they are finely ground but not a paste.
- In a non-stick pan, heat the ghee over low heat, and add the ground pistachios to it, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the milk powder and mix well until combined, then pour in the condensed milk and continue to stir to form a thick mixture.
- Add the cardamom powder and mix well, cooking until the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan (approximately 5-7 minutes).
- Transfer the mixture to a greased plate or tray, spreading it evenly, and press down gently with a spatula.
- Allow the mixture to cool for about 10 minutes, then cut it into squares or diamonds.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios on top and let it cool completely before serving.
