- pistachios - 100 grams
- almond flour - 50 grams
- honey - 2 tablespoons
- ghee - 1 tablespoon
- cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- milk - 50 ml
- edible rose petals - for garnish
Steps
- Soak the pistachios in warm water for 2 hours, then peel and set aside.
- In a blender, grind the soaked pistachios to a coarse powder.
- In a non-stick pan, heat the ghee over low flame and add the ground pistachios and almond flour.
- Stir the mixture continuously for about 5 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Add the honey, cardamom powder, and milk to the pan, mixing well to combine.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased plate or tray, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Allow it to cool for about 15 minutes, then cut into squares or diamond shapes.
- Garnish with edible rose petals before serving.
