Ingredients

  • Pistachios - 100 grams
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Milk powder - 30 grams
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Ghee (clarified butter) - 1 tablespoon
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chopped pistachios (for garnish) - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Soak the pistachios in warm water for 2 hours, then drain and peel them.
  2. In a food processor, grind the soaked pistachios to a coarse powder.
  3. In a non-stick pan, heat the ghee over medium heat and add the ground pistachio powder.
  4. Add almond flour, milk powder, honey, and cardamom powder to the pan, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  5. Cook the mixture for about 10-12 minutes until it thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased plate and flatten it with a spatula to your desired thickness.
  7. Allow it to cool for 15 minutes, then cut into squares or diamond shapes.
  8. Garnish with chopped pistachios before serving.
