Steps
- Soak the pistachios in warm water for 2 hours, then drain and peel them.
- In a food processor, grind the soaked pistachios to a coarse powder.

- Add almond flour, milk powder, honey, and cardamom powder to the pan, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
