Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, ginger powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the pineapple chunks, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion to the marinade, and toss well to coat all the pieces evenly. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.

- Thread the marinated pineapple and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between pineapple and peppers and onion pieces.
