Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 150 grams
  • Psyllium husk - 1 tablespoon

  • Water - 120 ml
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh sage leaves - 10 grams, chopped
  • Pine nuts - 50 grams, toasted
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, and salt.
  3. Add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a clean surface for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  5. Roll the dough out into a circle about 1/2 inch thick and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. In a small bowl, combine chopped sage, toasted pine nuts, minced garlic, nutritional yeast, and black pepper.
