- Bell pepper - 1, cut into squares
- Red onion - 1, cut into squares
- Wooden skewers - 4, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, chili powder, salt, and olive oil to create a marinade.
- Add the cubed pheasant breast to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- While the grill is heating, prepare the skewers by alternating pieces of marinated pheasant, bell pepper, and red onion.
- Once the grill is hot, place the skewers on it and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pheasant is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
