Steps
- In a large bowl, combine yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, ground cumin, ground coriander, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice, and oil to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for better flavor.
