  • Fresh mint - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Green chilies - 2, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pomegranate seeds - 2 tablespoons, optional
  • Bread crumbs - 2 tablespoons
  • Oil - for shallow frying

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, coriander, mint, green chilies, garlic, ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the egg and breadcrumbs to the mixture; mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into flat round patties about 1 cm thick.

  6. Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
