Ingredients

  • Beef jerky - 100 grams
  • Dried cranberries - 50 grams
  • Almonds, chopped - 30 grams
  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Chia seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Finely chop the beef jerky and place it in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the dried cranberries, chopped almonds, chia seeds, and sea salt to the bowl.
  3. Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat, then pour it into the mixing bowl with the other ingredients.
  4. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the sheet.
  6. Press each portion firmly to form compact bites.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the bites to firm up.
  8. Once set, store the Pemmican Bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
